San Felipe Desarrollo, was born out of the need for a construction company capable of providing services and high quality integral counsel.
Behind this company in the Project and Design Department the Architect Salvador Nuñez, who has extensive professional knowledge and fresh ideas as well as innovative designs which is why he’s developed constructions with diverse characteristics.
Daniel Mcourt coordinating Logistics and Construction Supervision with extensive professional experience for over 30 years in high budget industrial projects in the US.
In the Administration Department the Accountant Edgar V. Orozco M. with 20 years of knowledge and experience in administration and financial managment.
To develop a wide variety of construction jobs, public or private, rustic or urban, houses, commercial buildings, industrial, as well as lending professional services, counsel, technical advice and engineering and investment project development.

Graduated from the UABC Architecture Faculty in 1999. This same year he began working in construction as a professional, designing and working on projects at the Port of San Felipe BC region with a high acceptance rate in the demanding American citizen market.

I have been in the construction field working on projects for more than forty years involved in all aspects of general construction. The past twenty years my position has been: Project Superintendent, Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Project Estimator.
